In order to advise you properly, ACF must obtain certain information from you about your financial and personal circumstances.  This will allow ACF to assess your suitability for particular products and services.

By providing ACF with your personal data, you agree that:

1. the information held about you by ACF, may be held on computer and/or paper files;
2. any information that you provide to ACF, including sensitive personal data such as financial earnings, may be disclosed to third parties (e.g., credit reference agencies where relevant) for the purpose of processing your application and for the ongoing administration of your application, but for no other purpose;
3. your information may also be accessed by third parties for the purpose of maintaining or administering the ACF website and IT systems;
4. ACF may use the information that it holds about you to contact you from time to time by post, fax, email, or telephone, to bring to your attention additional products or services, which might be of benefit to you;
5. any consent given by you under paragraph 3 above, may be withdrawn by you at any time by contacting ACF in writing at: 37 Cunnington Street, LONDON W4 5ER.
6. You have the right to inspect records of all your business transactions kept by ACF for upto six years, at times mutually convenient to you and ACF.
7. ACF treats all its clients’ records as confidential.
8. ACF reserves the right to give you copies of your particular records rather than allow you access to files containing records of other clients.
